| History: | 1998 Established Shenzhen TILO Technology Co., Ltd 1999- 2011 Established the 3nh R&D center, successively developed NH/NR series colorimeters, NS series spectrophotometers, NHG/HG series gloss meters and NQ/NE series resolution test chart. 2012- 2016 After 4 years R&D and investment, established Sine Image to produce various Test Charts. 2017- 2018 Launch YS30/YS45 series grating spectrophotometer and towards to be an International group company. 2019 Launch YS60 series desktop spectrophotometer and YG series digital gloss meter. 2020 Launch YD series spectrodensitometer/non-contact desktop spectrophotometer/Pecolor color matching software. |
| Service: | 3nh & TILO Company Service 3nh offers one year free warranty except consumables and lifetime maintenance service. This product is under warranty for 12 months from the purchase date. Customers must provide warranty card and valid proof of purchase. Warranty is only for the failures caused by the quality problem. 3nh also offers OEM & ODM service based on MOQ 5 pcs. * Note: 3nh reserves the final interpretation right to the warranty terms. |
