Equipment characteristics
The machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, small size, stable operation and low scrap rate;
With photoelectric detection, automatic counting, can control the production speed and high output;
It can produce about 100 pieces per minute, and can produce (3-6 layers) multi-layer masks.
You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location.

Equipment Features
Automatic tension control of raw materials to ensure the balance of tension of raw materials;
Photoelectric detection of raw materials to reduce the waste of materials, plus voice-activated alarm and stop;
The equipment is enabled total quantity counting and single-stack counting, which is convenient for the post-process connecting to the sterilization packing line;
Modular/humanized design for easy maintenance;
The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy, sheet metal and chrome-plated steel. It is good-looking, durable and anti-rust, causing no pollute to the environment.
Full servo action is adopted in the ear-loop welding to achieve energy-saving and high-speed;
The entire production line requires two operators, one is responsible for the operation of the machine and the replacement of the raw material rolls; another is responsible for collecting the finished product mask and arranging the boxes in an orderly manner; the person supervising the machine can take care of multiple machines at the same time.
