Autoclave for rubber

1. Handle Wheel: Manual method, firstly need to rotate handle when close door, then adopt multiple safety interlocks to ensure safety during vulcanizing process.

2. Arm: Used to connect front door with cylinder body of vulcanization equipment. It makes door keep stable.

3. Pressure Gauge: Measure and indicate the pressure inside autoclave, testing ability is more sensitive. Please add pressure slowly up to setting value in vulcanizing, otherwise it damages gauge easily if overload pressure.

4. Electric Control Box: Buttons control method, adopt advanced Schneider relay and electric appliance fittings of famous brand in China. We can also supply touch screen view panel of Siemens if customers choose full-automatic machinery.

5. Fan: Motor drives the fan rotating circularly to keep temperature uniform inside autoclave. Heating exchangers are surrounded by wind board to avoid touch vulcanizing products directly.
