The temperature control meter produced by the company adopts the advanced technology of the United States Good Technology Group. It can be used in conjunction with the solid state relay and voltage regulator controller produced by the company to more effectively control the temperature and ensure the temperature control meter and solid state relay. For the best compatibility and matching, there are mainly two types of temperature control tables: one is matching solid-state relays to gradually control the temperature; the other is matching solid-state relays to program the temperature in sections control.

main feature

● The input adopts digital correction system, built-in commonly used thermal resistance, thermocouple nonlinear correction table, accurate and stable measurement.

● Possesses multiple adjustment methods such as position control (ON-OFF) and expert PID intelligent adjustment. The advanced expert PID intelligent adjustment algorithm has the functions of tuning and self-learning, and has excellent control characteristics without overshoot and no undershoot.

● Modular output supports SSR voltage, linear current (voltage), relay contact switch, SCR non-contact switch, single-phase, three-phase SCR zero-crossing trigger, and single-phase SCR phase shift trigger output.

● Heating/cooling dual output control function, and supports applications where both heating/cooling output are linear current output.

● Customized alarm function, supports multiple alarm functions such as upper limit, lower limit, positive deviation and negative deviation, and can freely define the alarm output ports (AL1, AL2, AU1 and AU2), and supports multiple alarm signals output from the same position . It has the functions of exempting the alarm after power-on and avoiding the malfunction of the power-on alarm.

● Transmission output function can transmit the measured value or the given value to the standard current signal output, adopting a new generation of high-precision current output module, 0.2-level output accuracy and current output better than 100ppm/C temperature drift performance.

● Support RS485 communication interface, with fast communication technology, large and medium computer control systems with thousands of points can be established.

● Program-type instrument multi-segment program control, can achieve any slope of rising and cooling control, with programmable/operable commands such as jump {cycle), run, pause and stop, and allows the program to be modified at any time during the control operation of the program. Using expert PID intelligent adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function, it can obtain smooth curve control effect.

● The event output function can be edited in the program control operation to cooperate with the control of external equipment actions.

● Program control has measurement value start function and preparation function, and has five power outage start event processing mode options.

● External control input switch input, can switch SV1/SV2 or used for program control of run/pause and stop operations.

● The authority to view and modify parameters can be defined, and the user can customize the password.
