1. Do you have accessories for the led strips?

Yes, we have many accessories, aluminum profile, power supply, RGB controller, Connector, Plug.

2. What's the differeence between IP20, IP65, IP67 and IP68?

IP20 is non-waterproof, which only used for indoor lighting. IP65, IP67 and IP68 are waterproof, IP65 Silicone waterproof which can used in outdoor if raining, it is safe. IP67 is Silicone tube waterproof, IP68 is Silicone TUBE +Resin waterproof, which can used for swimming pool, total waterproof. 

3. Do you have waterproof power supplier? 

Yes, we have IP65 and IP67 waterproof for our led strips, non waterproof IP20 is also available.

4. How to connect the led strips? 

The led strips is DC12V or DC24V, then you need to buy a power supply,  which can convert the low voltage DC12V / 24V into high voltage AC90-130V or AC170-265V. If you directly connect the DC12V / 24V led strips into home high voltage, the led strips will be burned out.

5. What's the function of RGB controller?

If you buy the RGB led strips, then you need RGB controller to control the colors, you can choose many different colors by controller. such as red, green, bule, pink, yellow.
