Description
Figure 8 anchor clamp (drop clamp) clamps are used for the dead-end of FTTH figure-8 cables with steel messenger deployed on distribution networks with spans up to 90m.
designed with an open, conical body, a zinc jaw and a flexible bail. During the cable pulling operation, the jaw clamps onto the messenger’s insulator so to fix in to the metal core.
