The chillers can be made of aluminium, copper, stainless steel, titanium and other materials according to customer requirements. The company implements a strict quality control system and has passed the IS09001:2008 quality management system certification.
The raw materials are subject to strict quality control and monitoring, the production process strictly controls the quality of welding and forming, and the finished products are strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure a 100% factory pass rate.

Product features
1.The shell adopts plastic spraying technology or rolled aluminium plate and surface spraying treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
2.The coils are arranged in a novel way to reduce the wind-side resistance, and after the set of pieces, the aluminium fins are then wrapped tightly around the copper tubes by hydraulic rising tubes to reduce the contact heat resistance and improve the heat transfer efficiency.
3.After the test pressure, the product is then cleaned by trichloroethylene in the tube to remove oil, water and oxidation skin inside the tube. When the user is charged with refrigerant, there will be no failure such as blockage of the expansion valve due to debris and oil in the system.
4.Special fan motor is used, with low power consumption, high air volume, low noise and long range, to ensure normal operation under humid and low temperature conditions.
