3. Production process
The pu air filter mould is formed by Injection molding machine ,and using PP and PTFE plastic material .
The pu air filter mould can use in 25-60 degree centigrade range.
The material PP and PTFE with low surface energy,self-cleaning,Not easy to bond,so the pu air filter mould no need the mold release. the surface of the pu air filter mould is very smooth, when turn off the mould the surface of the pu with shine.
