High Velocity Cleanroom Air Shower Self - Contained HEPA Filter Equipped
Description:
KeLing Cleanroom Air Showers are prefabricated enclosures to be used for removing surface particles from personnel prior to entering a Cleanroom work area. The air shower is a high velocity, low pressure type system, providing a normal entrance to and exit from a contamination controlled area.Each assembled Air Shower is a completely self contained unit, equipped with air filtration systems, blowers, motors, controls, a solid-state programmable microprocessor, interlocking doors, lighting, and a pre-wired electrical panel.
All our Air Showers are Inspected prior to shipping by factory quality assurance personnel. After disassembly for shipment, all components are marked clearly for field installation. A floor plan, assembly instructions, and an electrical schematic are provided for each Air Shower. As always, our professional technical assistance is only a phone call away, before or after completion of any project.
Features:
1 Using automatic control operation, two-door electronic interlocking, automatic induction air shower, double doors locked when you blow shower.
2 Cold spray series, using multi-acid technology, electrostatic dust-free spray.
3 Stainless steel handle, thick stainless steel base plate, stainless steel nozzle as the basic configuration.
4 With digital blowing leaching time, air shower time is 0 ~ 99s adjustable, and displays air shower time.
5 Using the new design concept designed to send the wind leaching system wind speed can reach 25m / s ~ 32m / s super speed, to ensure that the person entering the clean room to achieve complete removal of the perfect effect.
