Description
The high-efficiency air outlet is an ideal terminal filtering device for the thousand-, ten-, and one-hundred-thousand-level purification air-conditioning systems, and can be widely used in clean air-conditioning systems in industries such as medicine, health, electronics, and chemical. The high-efficiency air outlet is used as a terminal filtering device for the transformation and construction of cleanrooms of Class 1,000, Class 10,000, and Class 100,000, and is the key equipment to meet the requirements of cleanliness. The high-efficiency air outlet includes a static pressure box, diffuser plate, high-efficiency filter, and the interface with the air pipe can be a top or side connection.
Features:
1. The box body is welded with high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (electrostatic spraying) or stainless steel plate, through a special leak-proof structure design, combined with special treatment of all welds, avoiding possible leakage problems in the box body.
2. The fixing method of the diffuser plate is generally divided into side fixing and bottom fixing. Customers can choose according to their own needs. The high-efficiency filter can be directly operated at the bottom of the ceiling, which is easy to install and disassemble.
3. The filter fixing frame is punched out of the whole sheet to ensure the flatness of the filter fixing surface, thereby effectively preventing air leakage.
4. The special filter pressing device can fix the filter in the installation position well, and it is easy to disassemble and install.
5. HEPABOX can be tested in situ, the filter integrity test interface is reserved on the box, and the PAO/DOP test can be directly performed indoors.
6. GFK series high-efficiency air supply outlet is made of a high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed.
7. The adjusting valve and insulation layer can be installed according to user requirements.
