Aluminum tube Material (Aluminum flake or slug):

99.7% Pure & Brand new aluminum. Second-hand aluminum as material is not acceptable for our production.

Damage of tubes due to improper loading or packing will be compensated with customers' evidence.

We will re-produce the shipment if our products are not consistent with customers' approval items.

Size:

Generally Cosmetic Tubes are made smaller diameter, such as 13.5mm, 16mm, 19mm and 22mm, 

cosmetic tube uses bigger size such as 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm and 38mm,

adhesive or glue tube also takes the diameter from 13.5mm to 38mm 

Length is customized, but with limitation because aluminum tube feature.

Inner Lacquer: 

Inner lining is critical for the products, especially the hair color cream. and the quality of inner coating and the performance of spraying equipment plays a very important role in the inner lining quality.

Phenolic epoxy, we only use high-quality lacquer suitable for strong acid or alkali

Testing for Inner lacquer continuity: wiping inner lacquer 30 times, slightly with degreasing cotton, containing acetone, no falling off, expected

Closure: opening without membrane, octagonal screw cap
Color: can be customized, any colors are available
