2. Feeding:

3.Technology:

First, low temperature polishing process

Second. Oil removal process;

(1) in room temperature acid, the time was 2 to 4 minutes, and the concentration of H2SO4 was 140-160 g/l.

(2). After lifting the rack and dropping the net residue, put it into the clear water tank for 1-2 minutes.

Third,Abrasive (acid etching) process

(1) Remove the oil and then clean it into the acid bath.

(2) Process parameters: NH4HF4 concentration 30-35 g/l, temperature 35-40 C, pH value 2.8-3.2, etching time 3-5 min.

(3) After etching, it was washed by two channels and then entered the alkaline etching tank.
