What are bent stamping parts?
1. The bending process of the bending stamping part. In this process, force is applied to the metal plate to bend the metal plate to a certain angle and form the required shape to form a bent stamping part. The bending can be short or long. Depends on design requirements.

3. The bending machine for making bent stampings includes an upper die (called a punch) and a lower die (called a die), between which sheet metal is placed.
4. Place the sheet that needs to be made into the bent stamping part between the two and fix it in place by the stopper. The bending angle depends on how deep the punch presses the sheet into the die. The depth is precisely controlled to achieve the desired bend.
5. Standard tools are usually used for bending stamping dies. In order of increasing strength, tool materials include hardwood, low-carbon steel, tool steel and carbonized steel.
