Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate soluble powder is designed for all plants to prevent or correct nutrient deficiencies that may limit crop growth and yields. It is water soluble and nontoxic to plants when applied as directed. For best results, apply Molybdenum soluble powder according to recommendations based on plant tissue or soil analysis.

2. Function

 

2.1  The component of nitric acid reductase

Molybdenum is the main component of nitric acid reductase,it is a key enzyme for plants to convert nitrate nitrogen into ammonium for the synthesis of amino acids and proteins. When plants are deficient in molybdenum, nitrate accumulation in the plant, amino acid and protein synthesis are blocked, and citrus maculopathy is caused by excessive accumulation of nitrate.
