This molten material is then sprayed onto the surface of a metal smooth roller, where it firmly bonds with the metal roller to create a high-hardness, dense ceramic film. This film is further processed via grinding and polishing, followed by the use of a laser beam to engrave ink holes on its surface, through multi-beam high-precision laser engraving.
