The wood pellet press with vertical double layer ring die structurer, ring die made of stainless steel or alloy steel, ring die verticall installed on the biomass pellet press, one ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the straw pellet press machine, and ring die is fixed on the wood pellet press, only inner rollers is rotating, this structure make the machine working stable, more suitable for biomass pellet making, high capacity and low maintiance, and easy opperating.
Wood pellet press have 2 pcs Big rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, roller shell after heat treatment, long lifetime, good for press hard biomass materials, machine running cost low.
XGJ850 wood pellet press with automatical lubircating system, can lubricating the main shaft bearing and the roller bearing automatically. can make the machine no stop continually working, no need stop to do bearing lubrication.
Wood pellet press is good for press difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example, hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower husk, peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other agriculture waste and biomass materials.
