1. Zearalenone Food Safety Rapid Test Kit Brief

This product is used for testing Zearalenone in grain, feed qualitatively, the whole test procedure only need 10-15min, easy to operate with high sensitivity.

2. Detection limit: 60~1500μg/kg(μg/kg=ppb)

3. Specifications: 8 strips/tube, 12 tubes/box

4. Contents: 12 tubes/box, each tube including 8 strips and 8 micro-wells.

5. Detection steps
1) Read the instruction manual completely before testing, take out the reagent cartridge from the original package, take out the required number of microporous reagents and test strips after opening, and mark them well; after taking out the microporous reagent, please cover it immediately Reagent cartridge cap.
2) Before use, return the test strips, microwell reagents and samples to be tested to room temperature (20~25℃); put the required microwell reagents in the empty microwell plate rack; the number of samples for one test should not exceed 8; If it exceeds, it can be tested in batches according to a group of 8.
3) Use a micropipette to pipette 200 μL of the diluted sample into the microporous reagent, and slowly aspirate until the test sample and the microporous reagent are fully mixed, about 5 to 6 times; use a timer to start timing for 3 minutes.
4) After incubating at room temperature (20~25℃) for 3 minutes, place the marked test strip with the handle end up and the other end down fully immersed in the microporous solution, and then start timing.
5) Incubate again at room temperature (20~25°C) for 5 minutes, and interpret the results after 5 minutes of incubation; if the results cannot be read immediately, the sample pad should be peeled off at the end of the incubation to ensure the accuracy of the delayed interpretation of the experimental results.

6. Zearalenone Food Safety Rapid Test Kit Principle

The Zearalenone(ZEN) rapid test strip is based on competitive inhibition immuno-chromatographic principle. In the flow process, Zearalenone in the sample combined with Zearalenone specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, Inhibit the combination between antibody and ZEN -BSA conjugate on Test line of NC membrane, lead to the color change of Test line.

When the sample has no Zearalenone residue or concentration lower than detection limit, T line is darker than or has same color with C line. when the concentration is equal to or higher than detection limit, T line is lighter than C line obviously or T line is invisible. No matter whether there is Zearalenone residue in sample, C line will appear, it means the test is valid.
