Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Introduction:

Stainless steel woven cable wire mesh is light, robust, and transparent.

Flexible stainless steel rope mesh is made from s.s.wire rope in various material type like SUS304,SUS304L,SUS316,SUS316L etc. and two main strand structures:7*7 and 7*19. Our mesh products are supplied in two main series according to different weave-types: Inter-woven and Ferrule Type. The ferrule type series are sub-divided into aluminum alloy mesh and stainless steel mesh by the material of the ferrules.

This products have various specifications suitable for different usages. We will recommend the wire rope diameter, mesh hole and installation suggestions suitable for each cases according to the different requirements of customers.

Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Reference :

The stainless steel woven wire mesh is manufactured in the standard diameters 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm , 3.2mm and 4.0mm.
Mesh Opening is from 25 to 200 mm (or bigger) are possible depending on the cable diameter.

There are two kinds of mesh types,knotted and ferruled type.

Stainless steel wovenCable Mesh is custom manufactured to in widths and lengths to suit your application. Finished diamond mesh style when it is stretched at 60 degree angle ; And there are two kind of mesh types : Ferruled and Knotted ;

•  Kontted Mesh is a kind of plain weave, each wrap wire rope crosses alternately above and below each weft wire rope, warp and weft wire ropes generally have the same diameter.
•  Feruled Mesh is of the same physical properties with the knotted mesh, the only difference is in the combination style, the stainless wire rope are combined by the ferrules which are made of the same grade stainless steel.
