About HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipeline

The so-called double wall corrugated pipe is a kind of HDPE pipe made by extrusion molding technology with smooth and flat inner wall, trapezoidal or curved corrugated ribs, hollow between the inner and outer wall ripples, and optimized design of the pipe section on the premise of saving raw materials and not causing the ring stiffness of the pipe to drop. Because its main raw material is high density polyethylene (HDPE), we call it DWC pipe.
This pipe belongs to structural wall pipe, which is different from ordinary solid wall pipe in that it has inner wall and outer wall structure. It can be divided into ordinary double wall corrugated pipe and steel belt reinforced double wall corrugated pipe, which are used as underground HDPE drainage pipe or communication pipe.
