The working principle of batch asphalt mixing plant is, the control room sends work order, then all kinds of cold materials according to the requirement of the primary distribution, are sent by the transmission system to the dryer. After drying, they are screened twice by vibrating screen. Use electronic weighing to weigh aggregate and mineral powder and bitumen, and then pull them in cylinder in order and stir evenly into finished aggregate. The conveying, drying and screening of aggregate are continuous, and the measurement and mixing of various materials are carried out according to the cycle. Therefore, compared with continuous asphalt mixing station, it has the advantages of good aggregate gradation control and stable asphalt dosage.
