1. Man-machine interface This machine uses a 7-inch touch screen display and a host computer (PLC) to digitally adjust the film length and count.

2. Feeding The paper feeder parts is controller by the servo motor, the paper pile make the intermittent movement in the process of the paper feeding, the belts operate long life ,process the paper products to the conveying parts steady and orderly. Perfect for the cardboard and corrugated

3. Conveying Parts Double paper servo control The paper conveying parts installed the four conveying chains with the four pushing blocks, it can be adjusted according to the paper shape. It is equipped with the 4 photo sensor, detect the paper reaching condition, counting , paper jammed detection.

4. Gluing Parts The gluing parts adopt the adjustable parts gluing structure , it is convenient for adjustable according to the paper requirement and the gluing position ,save the gluing quantity, it is easy for pulling out the gluing parts,convenient for washing. The gluing roller stopped the gluing when stopped the machine. And the conveying parts dropped automatically, the gluing is not easy to print on the conveyor belts.

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
