DCGF50-50-15 3-in-1 Automatic small plastic bottle carbonated soft
drink/water/beverage filling machine
Description:
Packaging flow:Feeding→ pushing bottles→ film covering and sealing→ shrinking→ cooling
1. Feeding: The bottles enter into conveyor trough of sealing machine, on the conveyor trough there are adjustable guardrail. The feeding will stop when the bottle arrived to the set position.
2. Pushing bottles: After the bottles arrived to the pushing platform, the pushing cylinder will work at the same time to push the bottles over the sealing-cutting line.
3. Cover film and sealing: After bottles pushed over the sealing-cutting line, the upper pressing device will press the bottles, this process will protect the bottles falling. After pushing cylinder return, the film sealing cylinder and film cutting cylinder will work together to finish the film covering and sealing process.
4. Shrink: After finishing the film covering the bottles will enter to the shrinking stove.
5. Cooling: After shrinking, the bottles will enter into the cooling device which installed on the end part, then enter into the stock shelf and waiting for stacking.
Feature:
(1) This bottling machine is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing, filling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines.
(2) It is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.
(3) Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
(4) The machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
(5) It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

Details:
Washing part:This machine adopts advanced bottle neck clamping system, which get rid of the requirement of bottle height. There is very few parts need to change while different bottles are used on the same machine, such as the guide plate and the poking wheel.
Filling part:It is equipped with high speed filling valve of high precision filling.
Capping part:The capping head adopts constant magnetic torque device to ensure the high capping quality without damage. High efficient cap settling system, cap feeding system and no bottle no cap system make the whole capping system perfect.
3 in 1 unit:The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body . The whole process is automatic.
