Performance features
1. Integrated structure of bottle unscrambling, cap taking, flling and cap tuming, taking small floor space with stable and reliable operation,
2. The peristaltic pump or ceramic pump is adopted, or for products of large volume, the weighing type flling principle is adopted, so as to ensure that the liquid is free from contamination.
3. Safe and reliable 100- grade laminar flow protection systemand dust particles and airbome microbe detection system.
4. The flling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface with simple operation and high fillig accuracy.
5. Full servo-driven actions, stable, reliable and adjustable. PLCcontrol system with variable frequency speed control, highdegree of automation and high synchronization of all actions,- The filling system is provided with the anti- -leaking device,realizing filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.
6. The whole machine is suitable for various specifications ofbottles and adjustments can be completed conveniently withina short time.
7. The cap turning device is used for both cap taking and capturning. The gripper type cap turning head is adopted, which isstable and reliable with adjustable torque.
8. The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
9. It is also suitable for the flling of capped bottles that have been sterilized in other fields.
