Operational principle
This system is composed of tank level gauge syste and overfill prevention system. As the oil unloading from tank truck to underground tank, the Real-time fuel level will be measured by fuel level meter, when the oil in the tank reach to high level alarm ( 90%), Level Meter will sent singal to Audible&Visual Alarm, while the console sends a signal to the electric control valve, control valve closed 70%, at this time gas station worker should close the tank truck unloading valve. When the oil in the tank reach to 95% Audible&Visual Alarm sound and light, and console to send signals to control the electric butterfly valve is fully closed, stop the unloading.

2. overfill prevention valves for tank function
With liquid level after the chain, when the liquid level reaches 90%, the early warning, sound and light alarm; When liquid level reaches 95%, the valve closed
3. overfill prevention valves for tank System features
** Suitable for construction and reforming gas station, simple construction, short time limit, tank cover, safe hidden trouble
** Electric butterfly valve one-to-one installed on the oil discharge flange, to avoid discharge fault oil unloading
** Electric butterfly valve small size, light weight, there is a manual device, without adding manual valves and piping, more economical cost of renovation
** Electric butterfly valve with no alarm state, in a normally open state, tank car unloading when the operation is convenient
