The Perfect equipment chocolate enrober/Chocolate covered machine consit of chocolate enrobing line and cooling device.The small chocolate enrobing line is we designed for small chocolate industry,which is mainly used to improve the enrobing chocolate efficiency than chcolate dipping by hand,it can make the finished food products with uniform thickness and consistent weight,such as  energy bars, protein bars, candy bars, rice bites, wafers and wafer stick, birthday cakes, cakes, breads, rolls, pies, muffins, snacks, candies, confectionery, maamoul and mooncakes, cookies, biscuits, crackers, cake ball, date ball and chocolate truffles, mochi, dates, strayberries and other fruits etc.

The cooling device for the perfect equipment chocolate enrober we use is 3P cooling tunnel and ordinary cooling fan converyor,the chocolate cooling tunnel is mainly designed for industrial lelvel usage,which create very low temperature to cool the chocolate fast.The cooling fan conveyor is mainly designed for home use,which don't need dry the chocolate very well.

The small chocolate enrobing line is very suitable for the customers who have small chocolate production demand and very limited operation space,which can improve the chocolate enrobing efficiency high than manually.

There are 4 different capacity for our small chocolate coating machine,such as 8kg,15kg,30kg&60kg,the small chocolate enrober can connect to our 3P cooling tunnel or cooling fan conveyor belt for chocolate drying,customers can choose the suitable combination according to their daily production requirement.
