Application:
This machine is a new generation of high-tech products developed and designed by our scientific researchers. Each mechanism adopts an independent power unit, driven by a servo (synchronous motor) and controlled by PLC to realize the synchronization and stability of feeding, material control, hot press forming, temperature infrared detection, material cooling, defective product detection, indentation, coding, slitting, traction, roll cutting, reject, conveying and edge crushing. It is suitable for soft double aluminium packaging of tablets, capsules and pills in pharmaceutical and health products industries. The packaged strip is light-proof, moisture-proof, good sealing and high grade.
Packaging materials: polyethylene chloride thin film, aluminum-plastic composite film, paper-plastic-aluminum composite film, dialysis paper etc.
