Introduction of Battery Pack Suction Gun Helium Detection System:
According to the basic principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to fill the workpiece. The operator only needs to hold a suction gun to scan the workpiece, and the leak detector can accurately and quickly determine the leakage situation of the workpiece. If there is a leak, the system will give an alarm.
Detection Process of Battery Pack Suction Gun Helium Detection System:
The operator manually connects the helium filling connector and presses the start button. After the helium filling light is on, the operator holds a suction gun to scan the workpiece. When the suction gun detects a helium leak in a certain area, the system will automatically alarm. At this time, the operator needs to mark the leak until the entire workpiece is scanned by the operator. Then press the helium recovery button. After the helium recovery light is on, the operator manually removes the joint from the workpiece and places the OK and NG workpieces separately. The detection process is completed.
Feature of Battery Pack Suction Gun Helium Detection System:
1. Vacuum and leak detection unit: The evacuation unit includes evacuation pumps, vacuum gauges, valves, and pipelines. The leak detection unit includes a helium mass spectrometer, standard leak holes, etc.
2. Helium filling and recovery unit: The helium filling and recovery unit mainly includes high-pressure tanks, buffer containers, helium pressurization and recovery devices, various valves, and is connected by pipelines. Helium pressurization and recovery use pneumatic pumps.
3. Helium concentration monitoring and automatic prompt function: The system is equipped with a helium concentration meter. When the system detects that the concentration of helium is lower than the set value, it can emit an audible and visual alarm signal to prompt the operator to adjust the concentration. If the system helium pressure is insufficient, it will automatically prompt to replenish fresh helium.
4. Control unit: The system is controlled by PLC. And display various information on a color touch screen. Real time monitoring of production conditions is possible.
5. The equipment is equipped with a helium standard leak. Daily inspection of the system: The standard leak simulation for daily inspection is used to simulate the workpiece to be inspected, and online verification of the system accuracy can fully ensure the stability of the system accuracy and the reliability of operation.
