20-200ton per day Mazie Flour Mill Machine and Complete Set Corn Flour Mill
The whole set of equipment for processing 20 tons of corn per day adopts the full dry processing technology. The equipment is beautiful in appearance, durable, convenient in operation and maintenance, and stable and reliable in performance. The corn can be cleaned, peeled, embryo removed, root removed, black navel removed, broken, grits taken, graded, polished and selected at one time, and the peeling rate can reach 95%. The corn processing equipment can jointly produce refined corn flour and corn grits, corn germ and corn husk of different particle sizes, among which corn flour has fine taste, purity and fineness up to 120 meshes. The equipment is highly automatic, which can reduce labor expenditure and production cost to the greatest extent. It is widely used in personal processing, incoming processing and large-scale feed, corn flour, corn grits and other factories for production and processing. It is an ideal choice for preparing to build small-scale corn processing plants.
