Combation Grain Cleaning Machine,Soybean Cleaner with Single Air Screen
The air screen cleaner consists of ultra-low speed non crushing elevator, environmental protection dust remover, closed rotary ash discharge valve, vertical air screen and vibration classification screen. The materials enter the bulk grain tank through the elevator, and are evenly distributed into the vertical air screen. Under the action of the wind, the materials separate the light impurities. The light impurities are filtered by the cyclone and discharged by the rotary ash discharge valve. The rest materials enter the screen box. According to the external dimension of the materials, adjust the precision punching screen pieces of different sizes to remove the large and small impurities. At the same time, the finished products are increased or decreased by the number of layers of the screen pieces It is divided into large, medium and small grains.
