The technology center covers industrial design, electronics, software, power supply, structure, process, machinery, mold, electrochemistry, battery materials and other professional technologies. The R&D Technical Team is about 160 people, including 20 R&D personnel from the pack production base in Taiwan, Dongguan Pack Production Base 20 people, Hunan Battery Production Base 120 people; among them Doctor 5 people, BMS expert 5 people, Electronic Engineer 5 people, Structure Engineer 15 people, there are about 130 battery design engineers, process engineers and test engineers.

| Our Team: | We have a R&D and production team of more than 100 people in packing plant in Dongguan, average age is under 29 years old. We have matching mature battery cell teams in Jiangxi and Hunan. The key positions are all from years of experience in the industry. Engineers with senior technical titles and the core team have more than 10 years of experience in the battery industry. We have a Taiwanese technical and business team, which is convenient to serve overseas customers. I believe we can provide customers around the world with the best quality battery customization services.
We have a group of excellent production team teams who have been engaged in the lithium battery industry for many years, and have always been committed to the innovation in the field of lithium ion batteries and packaging technology. The team has about 130 people, 100 people in the Dongguan PACK production base, and 20 personnel in the Taiwan PACK production base. We can provide special customized services and solutions according to the special environment, speciality and special requirements of customer product applications.
