• Welding precautions

1. Keep the distance between the end face of the welding needle and the end face of the battery 3 to 5MM.

2. For the battery specifications in a battery pack, the spot welding surface must be flush and the height as consistent as possible.

3. Clean the end face of the spot welding needle regularly.​

Horizontal welding structure, double linear guide design left and right pressure can be adjusted separately. Built-in pressure sensor, precise control to apply stable pressure. The welding head is equipped with a guide rail, which can move left and right for easy welding.

Double guide rail thickening design, the chassis is stable and firm, not easy to deformation. The guide rail can move left and right, and the welding head part is also equipped with a guide rail design, which is suitable for large battery assembly and welding, saving time and effort.
