The V-shaped bracket is one of the components of the electric coil transfer trolley, and its role is to fix the coil and prevent it from sliding. The V-shaped bracket is generally composed of a bracket body and an adjusting part. The bracket body is suitable for a variety of coils, and the adjusting part can match the height of the bracket with the diameter of the coils. When using, first push the coil to the bottom of the support as far as possible, and then raise the coil back to adjust the appropriate height. In terms of safety, the surface of the V-shaped bracket should be smooth, and no burrs or sharp edges are allowed to avoid dangerous situations.
When using electric coil transport vehicles, more attention should be paid to the maintenance of the vehicle itself. During transportation, care should be taken not to hang the goods too high or too wide beside the car to ensure safety. As far as possible to reduce the vehicle rapid acceleration, sudden braking, ambient temperature too high operation or environmental impact, to avoid car damage.
