| Place the Infrared Sauna Wrap on a flat surface, such as the bed or floor. | |||||||||

| Turn the main power switch on at the back of the control box. There are a sound and screen are flash. The device has not started working yet. | |||||||||

| If you need to stop the session at any time, just press the ‘Start’ key. | |||||||||
| Wipe the sweat on the surface of the thermal blanket with a wet towel ,and dry it by laying it on a flat bed or table for 30min . | |||||||||
| Fold the blanket and store it in a dry place. | |||||||||
| If people want to use it more than one time in a day, wipe surface of the thermal blanket with a wet towel after using it , then please wait 30 minutes ,preferably 1 hour. |
