Summary:
The system is mainly used for anti-voltage stability test, negative pressure test and sealing performance test. Plastic inspection well anti-pressure instability (negative pressure) test is used to test the ability to resist groundwater mainly external load after the burial of the plastic inspection well base. Seal the head of the specimen and place two sets of deformation measuring devices on both sides of the flow groove and the bottom of the flow groove, then subject the specimen to a stable internal negative pressure and maintain above 1,000h. Record the deformation amount of the flow groove with time, observe the sample deformation, collapse, crack or silver pattern in the test, and extrapolate the deformation amount of the well base for 50 years.Check the negative pressure test and sealing performance of the well for the resistance to negative pressure and the sealing of the system.
Product characteristics:
1. The test pressure is arbitrarily set from-80kPa~0kPa, and the efficient vacuum system can quickly draw the sample to the set pressure;
2. The measurement sensor can be freely adjusted and locked in multiple directions for testing requirements from 315mm~1200mm; To ensure that the specimen can be used normally under improper placement or strengthening rib on the specimen surface;
3. The application of industrial embedded system and large full color LCD touch screen realize the long-term uninterrupted automatic monitoring of the test process, and automatically record the pressure-time, deformation-time curve in the test process；
4. USB interface settings for data export via the U disk；
5. The system has the function of power loss protection, and there is no need to worry about the loss of the test data due to accidental power failure. If the power failure is abnormal in the test, after the test start again reaches the set pressure, the system will automatically postpone the timing.
