The melt flow indexer meets the standard requirements of GB / T3682-2000, and the main parameters are also full of ISO1133-97, ASTM1238, JIS. The requirements of other standards can be used for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, polyamide, fiber resin, acrylate, polyoxymethylene, fluoroplastic materials, polycarbonate, and other plastic materials are measured by the melt mass flow rate (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR). It’s widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical and other industries as well as related colleges, scientific research units and commodity inspection departments.
Product Features:
1) High-precision Chinese and English color controllers and special customized membrane keys have unparalleled advantages in control accuracy and service life;
2) Integrated manual automatic cutting control, accurate to 0.1s, can be set arbitrarily cutting time and cutting times;
3) Built-in micro printer, can print test data;
4) Dual temperature control system, using dual imported heating ring, dual imported PT100 platinum; resistance sensor, improve test accuracy and temperature stability;
5) Add displacement sensor to test MVR (volume method) with an accuracy of 0.01mm;
