GB/T 3682 ASTM D1238 ISO 1133 Compliant Melt Flow Index Tester for Thermoplastics is of simple structure, easy operation, high accuracy, stable and reliable performance and high automation. It is used to indicate the MFR of thermoplastic resin. It is adequate for not only engineering plastics with high melting temperature such as polycarbonate, fluoroplastic, and nylon, but also the plastics with low melting temperature such as , polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin and acetaldehyde resin. It is widely used in plastic production and petrochemical industry, and also in related institutions, research units and commodity inspection department.

Product Features:
1.This tester is high precision temperature control, nitriding treatment for key parts. High strength and hardness, which insure the test result Accuracy.
2.Key components such as cylinder and piston rod are made of high-temperature, low thermal expansion coefficient materials, and with a special surface heat treatment at high temperatures, less prone to distortion, and high hardness, not easy to wear, long-term use.
3.With automatic cutting device driven by micro-motor, you can set the cutting time, time control precision, small error.
