Shaftless screw feeder conveyor is a kind of machine that conveys goods. Compared with traditional shafted screw conveyor, it adopts a design without central shaft and uses a flexible integral steel screw to push materials.
1.Shaftless Screw Feeder Conveyor has super abrasion resistance and durability, and has a long service life.
2.The conveying capacity is large and the distance is long. The conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of the spiral of the same diameter, and the conveying distance can reach more than ten meters. It adopts multi-stage series installation according to customer needs.
3.Strong anti-winding performance: It adopts no central axis and no hanging device, which has special advantages for conveying belt-shaped and easy-winding materials, and prevents mechanical failures caused by blockages in the conveying process.
