7.Modular self-adhesive and hot melt glue labeler Equipment requirements for materials:
1) Requirements for self-adhesive label paper:
The self-adhesive label paper that meets the requirements of the labeling machine (see the figure below for specific requirements). During the use of the label roll, there should be no glue overflow or adhesion between the label and the label roll base tape.

Bottle requirements:
a.Bottle size error range: ±1.5mm;
b.Verticality: ±1.5mm;
c.PET bottle body cannot be too soft, otherwise it will affect labeling;
e.Keep the bottle surface dry.
Labeling position requirements
a.The labeling position of the bottle body is required to be flat, avoiding curved surfaces and spherical surfaces, and bubbles and wrinkles after labeling;
b.The labeling position is greater than or equal to 15mm from the bottom of the bottle body to avoid scratching the label paper.

2)Requirements for hot melt adhesive label paper:
1)The trademark is cut by machine, and the edges are burr-free and neat; the trademark must be kept dry when used;
2)The trademark size error: ±0.25mm.

3)Glue adhesive requirements:
a.The adhesive should be solid hot melt adhesive, stable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and have good viscosity;
b.Glue pH range: 4.5~5.5; Glue viscosity unit: 80000 units;
Air source:
a.Stable compressed air pressure: 0.35~0.5Mpa;
b.Dry and clean (the air source needs to be filtered before entering the labeling machine)
Bottle requirements:

10.Equipment warranty for modular self-adhesive and hot melt glue labeler:
(1).After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
