Process and Function Description:
Production process: pretreatment (Famous enterprises in China will be recommended.)
Empty cans Automatic palletizing machine → turning-over washing → filling and sealing machine → pressure checking machine → tunnel spray sterilization machine → drying machine → turning-over machine → coding machine → manual box packing → automatic carton opening machine → automatic loading machine → automatic sealing machine → carton printing machine → weight detection machine → Automatic palletizing machine.
The whole set of equipment consists of advanced automatic conveying equipment and intelligent PLC control system to achieve continuous production.
