Diesel Oil Burner Heating Container Loading Drum Bitumen Melter
Description
The CYLT series bitumen melter device developed by our company is a self-heating integrated structure. This equipment perfectly combines the thermal oil boiler with the melting equipment. The equipment uses a diesel burner as a heat source, the barrel asphalt is heated and dumped by a hot air and by the thermal oil coils, and then melted into a liquid state. The device can guarantee the quality of asphalt heating. The equipment has the beautiful appearance, reasonable and compact arrangement, stable and reliable performance, and is suitable for the production of asphalt barrel removal under various working conditions.
Drummed bitumen melter (with self heating) components
Bitumen melter(drum packing or bag packing) is mainly composed of melting tank, electric gate, asphalt (drum or bag) loading trolley, trolley drive system, thermal oil heating system, exhaust heating system, asphalt pump and pipeline system, electrical control system, etc.
Bitumen melter operation process
The trolley will be with uniformly distributed barrel holes, which facilitates accurate position of each barrel when loading the barrel(it could be taken apart when loading bag asphalt). The trolley and the transmission system are responsible for pushing the heavy drums in and pulling the empty drums out after melting.
With self double heating systems, easy to be transferred, heating speed fast.

Bitumen melter main features
1. The equipment adopts cart structure, the bitumen drums will be turned over by labor and put onto the trolley.
2. Fast melting speed: large thermal oil heating dissipation area inside the equipment, fast heating speed and high production efficiency. The exhaust from thermal oil furnace is used again, high energy utilization. The whole bitumen melter body is insulated by the superior rook wool material with better insulation and with less heat loss.
3. Complete removal: the inner of the bitumen melter has the large heat storage and each drum is directly heated by the thermal oil coil. The above mentioned advantages guarantees the bitumen can be removed completely and no waste.
4. Automatic slag removal: filter device installed in the bitumen circulation tube can remove the slag automatically.
5. Automatic temperature control: The burner starts and stops automatically according to the set temperature of asphalt and thermal oil.
6. Strong adaptability: it could be manufactured as the different shapes of drum.
7. Easy relocation: modular design, easy to transport and assembly.
8. Easy to operate: Humanized design, easy to operate and labor-saving, low labor intensity.
9. Patents
Integrated design combines the thermal oil boiler with bitumen melter device which saves the transportation cost of thermal oil boiler and reduces the occupied area, avoiding to install the thermal oil boiler. Moreover, internal direct heat exchange and recycled exhaust drastically reduce the heat loss and increase the heat utilization.
