Material of conferrence hall chairs: adopts cold foaming stereotyped sponge with a density of 50kg/m3; high-quality high-density hardwood back outer panel is hot-pressed and formed with a thickness of 15mm.
Aluminum alloy support frame, 360-degree rotating ABS writing board, solid wood armrest surface, coated with polyester paint. The seat outer panel is made of 15mm high-density hardwood multilayer board by hot pressing. There are many small holes on the seat to enhance the sound absorption function of the seat.
Return function of conferrence hall chairs: The seat adopts spring with damping to return, buffer return structure, durable. The tripod is formed by die-casting aluminum alloy.

1.Sampling 2% of each batch of products, and conduct trial assembly as required, but install at least two or two groups.
2.The appearance of the seat after assembly is determined by observation.
3.Measure the seat pitch, seat height, seat depth and seat of all installed seats.
4.The seat cushion flipping noise test, each flipping frequency shall not be less than five times.
5.Flexibility and reliability test can be turned back, each group shall not be less than three times.
6.The lifting and pushing test of movable foot universal wheels shall not be less than three times per group.
7.Operation flexibility and reliability test of coffee table and writing board, no less than three times per person.
