1.Product Introducation:
purpose:
Used for rapid serum biochemical test.
Characteristics:
1. Obtained proprietary intellectual property right of separation gel in 2012 Invention Patent No.(201110165125.6)
2. Pure thermostability technology ensures the quality of serum, storage at low temperature resistance, and frozen storage of specimen can be realized
3. High inert separation gel has no physical or chemical interference in normal experiments
4. High stability, no "oil drop" after storage and centrifuging
5. Unique patent technology avoids small molecules isolating to the surface of the serum, contaminated specimens will plug the probe channel
To ensure the good result of the separation gel tube, please centrifuge 5-10mins under 1300-2000gn in 30mins after blood collection.
The gel will get solidified after centrifugation and completely separate serum from fibrin cells just like a barrier, which effectively prevents the substance exchange between blood serum and cells. Serum collection efficiency is improved and high-quality serum will be obtained, thus it comes to more authentic testing result. Keep the serum stable for more than 48 hours, no obvious change will happen on its biochemical features and chemical compositions, then the tube could be directly used in sampling analyzers.
