Question: What's the Bluetooth version?
Answer: The User Manual states Wireless version V5.0, so I would assume that is referring to Bluetooth and not some FM standard I don't know about.
Question: I would like to play music stored on usb flash drive and TF card. is there a slot for either one of these?

Question: How do i change the frequency ?
Answer: There is a button that once you press cycles through the frequency. Very easy to adjust. I didn’t even look at the manual.
Question: does it come with audio jack?
Answer: Yes. Mine has one 3.5 mm audio jack. (AUX cable is not provided)
