The body worn camera offers five different recording resolutions. Resolution and frame rate options feature a proper balance between video quality and maximizing amount of video stored, it supports 1296P30, 1080P30,720P30, 848P30 totally 4 options.
When you create one new video recording file, if the file size is more than the remaining storage of camera, the camera will delete the most original file, so that the new file can be saved.

How long it will take to recharge the battery from 0 to 100%?
It will take about 4 hours If you are using the standard power adaptor.
It will delete the recorded files when reset the body camera to factory settings?
No, it will only modify the settings when reset the settings, it won’t delete any recorded files.
How to back up the recorded files from the camera?
You have to use the BWC-tool software to back up the recorded files from the camera, after backup, it will delete all the files in the camera automatically.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ request for normal order, it will have the MOQ request when you have the OEM or ODM modifications, and we will evaluate the requirements and charge it.
