Introduction
HD boiler design and manufacture corner tube boiler introduced form Danmark,DHL corner tube boiler is akind of new structure hot-water boiler,this kind of boiler technology divied into grate and boiler proper two sections.
Features
The boiler returun water first into the drum,through the focus downcomers take the water into the front and back,left and right membrane wall down header,heating by the membrane wall panels then into the drum,the water here is a natural cycle,and then through drum into the backside wall low header,after the flag ceremony covection heating surface heating boiler outflow,where the water is forced circulation ,this unique water circulation system,drum without heat,between the membrane wall and the drum has a recirculation loop,once the boiler room power outage,the furnace water wall where the water is heated up to the drum,cold water flows from the down tube membrane wall cooling water,which is a natural circulation system to prevent overheating of the tubes caused by vaporization is squib.
