Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

Q: How can I get the price?
A: All of the goods are customized. You can contact us by email, skype, whatsapp.
Q: When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?
A: Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the detail of product being clear. If something urgent, we can quote for you within 2 hours based on all details.
Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes. Our professional Singapore designers team have rich experience in this field. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect design.
Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course! we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q: How long can I get the sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5days.
Q: Can the sample fee refund?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the situation please contact our sales who follow up with your order.
