We understand that your company wants to detect how much garbage is in the garbage truck by weighing the entire vehicle. However, there are serious technical and safety issues in weighing the entire vehicle. Please check as following:
1. If we weighing the entire vehicle, we need to install the sensor on the axle; this changes the original structure of the truck and there are hidden safety hazards in long-term operation;
2. It is very difficult to install, calibrate, and maintain the sensors. It is very difficult to handle without a very professional engineers team.
3. During the weighing process, due to the presence of liquid components in the rubbish, the liquid may leak or shake in the compartment after the vehicle has traveled. This will make the weighing data to be inaccurate;
4. When the garbage truck is parked on a gradient place, the entire vehicle is not horizontal and cannot be accurately weighed.
5. If we weighing whole truck, we need 4 load cells at least, cost is higher.
