In order to produce different types of roof tiles, different extrusion heads and molds can be replaced.
Firstly, the steel mold is sent into the forming machine head by a mechanical transmission mode, and then the automatic fuel injection system injects the mixed concrete into the steel mold.
After that, it will be cut into a single piece of cement tile, and then go through the chipping, coloring, polishing and mount on the rack.
Finally, the production process is completed after curing, demolding and several other procedures. (10-12 hours of curing is usually required.)
The roof tile making machine provides reliable performance and quick molding speed, with an output of 8 pcs/min through full hydraulic and pneumatic production.
It uses pressure filtration type mould in order to produce slurry concrete. This concrete is well structured, has various designs, is of thick density and high strength, as well as precise in size. It is able to fulfill any building needs.
The machine can be used for creating roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tiles, gutter tiles and much more.
When it comes to technical parameters, the plate is 1.2mm thick, the host power is 22KW, and the number of molding passes is 22 channels with multiple sub-rollers to ensure there are no scratches on the profile's surface. The molding speed is 8-15 m / min, and the cutting method is 3KW hydraulic cutting. The roll material is composed of Gcr15 (high carbon chromium bearing steel, with high hardenability) and the quenching is 58-62 degrees. PLC length control ensures length error +/- 1mm. The equipment base is welded with steel plate, and the upper iron plate gantry is tempered and vibrated to ensure no deformation.
The Automatic Clay Tile Press Machine has the capability of producing different types of tiles, such as roof tiles, edge tiles, and floor tiles. The raw material used for making these tiles is a combination of clay, soil, and mud, making the entire process very easy to operate. We provide both mechanical presses and pneumatic presses. The latter dispensing pressurized agent up to a maximum of 20 ton, with a cycle time as low as 25 seconds.
