Our BS high speed hammer mill is designed for the grinding of herbs, stems roots, tea leaves, spices, grains, and other materials. It is widely used in pharmacy, food, chemical and other industries.
In addition, this machine is made of the stainless steel, surface of the inside of the machine is smooth, which changes the phenomenon of inboard wall coarse and accumulating of powder in the past. It is more in line with the national standard in the fields of pharmaceutical, chemical production and food. It meets the requirements of GMP.
Working method:
The machine consists of three parts: a frame, a crushing cavity and a feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the spindle. A fixed ring gear is installed in the grinding chamber. Under the ring gear, there is a strainer. When the spindle is working at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. The material is impacted, rubbed, and cut by the fixed ring gear and movable hammer. The materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effect, they are crushed into powder.

1. This machine has the characteristics of easy to punch the standard material, and the particle size of the flour can be achieved by changing the sieve surface.

3. The scrap is discharged directly from the mainframe grinding chamber.
