Working method:
The ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a mixing bucket, agitator and driven unit. A double twist belt rotates with the main shaft in a U-shaped barrel. The material is pushed towards the center from the center to both ends. This achieves material consistency. The discharge port is set at the bottom center, and the material can be completely discharged by means of an external ribbon.
1. It is suitable for mixing materials of powder-powder and power-liquid.
2. High efficiency, high uniformity, high load factor, low energy consumption, low pollution and little destruction to frangible material.
3. The major sections of a mixer are barrel, ribbon agitators, feeding ports, discharging port and driven unit.
4. The ribbon mixer can be equipped with heating or cooling jacket if temperature control is required. We will add spraying or atomizing unit inside the tank.
